After several months of Kemo & Radiation treatments that were not working and only making my brother
sick and not able to enjoy what little time he had left he discontiued treatment on November 1st.

His planned 45th birthday party on Nov 18th, went as planned, guests worldwide showed up for my
brothers party. He acknowled all of them.

At the end of the party everyone was given a ballon to let soar up to heaven with an attached prayer,
knowning that Doug would soon be arriving at the gates of Heaven.

The next morning after the party, he was there in person & spirit, welcoming a pain and cancer free
