| About Karen J. Morris Karen J. Morris born as Karen J Myers in Jackson New Jersey, not far from Barnegat Lighthouse. As a little girl I fell in love with lighthouses and begged my parents to take to all of them. I moved to Florida in 1976. On several occasions, while painting Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, people would stop to ask if they could spend the night there. The answer was "No" . When I saw how many people wanted to spend the night in a Lighthouse I went on an educational mission to find every Lighthouse you "could" spend the night in. The book "Lighthouse Lovers Travel Guide" was born. I am currently a member of Florida Lighthouse Association, American Lighthouse Foundation, and U.S. Lighthouse Society. This is the 4rd edition of Lighthouse Lovers Travel Guide. It is my true desire that you visit, not just the Lighthouses in this book, but all of them. Take your next vacation in one.
